At Make a Bar, every order is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, which include food items and personalized kits, all sales are generally final. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because we sell edible products and customized packages, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selections
• Opened or used products
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
• Damaged in transit
• Missing items
• Containing the wrong items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the packaging and items received
• A short explanation of the issue
We’ll investigate and offer a resolution, which may include:
• Replacing the item(s)
• Issuing a partial or full refund
• Sending a store credit
3. Shipping Errors or Delays
We are not responsible for:
• Shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses
• Lost packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If your package is lost or delayed, we’ll do our best to assist you with filing a claim.
4. Refunds (If Approved)
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear
