What Are Kataifi Jars
We’ve all heard of the famous Dubai KataifiPistachio Chocolate Bar. But what exactly is Kataifi? Kataifi is a finely shredded phyllo dough, often resembling angel hair,very popular in middle eastern countries. It is either baked or fried, to give it a mouth-watering crunch and texture, mixed with a little tahini sauce, and finally with the flavor of your choosing. Our jars come cooked, mixed, and completed to perfection, ready to be placed into your chocolate creation bars! You don’t need to do anything, nocooking the Kataifi on your end, all you need to do is unleash your chocolate creativity, make your bars the way you want and have fun doing so!Beware, these jars taste so good, the combination of crunch, texture and flavor is a mouth-watering blast that happens all at once…..you can eat the Kataifi outright, but be careful, once you start, it might be hard to stop, and you don’t want to finish it before putting into your chocolate bars!

What Are Cream Filling Jars
Cream fillings jars are just that, jars that come with flavorful creamy fillings, an excellent addition to be placed inside of chocolate bars. They work really well with Candy Tackle Boxes when making your bars!

What Are Candy Tackle Boxes
Candy Tackle Boxes are small boxes that come with a various number of cavities including 4, 6, 9 and 12. For each cavity you can choose from over 40 items separated by the following: Candy, Cookie Crumb’s, Cereal Crumb’s, Crushed Nuts, and Dried Fruit. Candy tackle boxes are every Chocolatier’s dream set when making chocolate bars, an excellent addition to enjoying the process and creating your favorite chocolate bars with tons of options and flavors! In addition to all the current options to choose from, we have more coming soon!
What Are Liquid Color Changes
Liquid color changes are small oil-based color changes for your chocolate. Yet another option to enhance your chocolate creation experience, explore different bars with different styles and different colors! Make your chocolate bars stand out with the various colors we have available. Please note, per 1 liquid color change, you should get 1 bag of white chocolate as your base. To get the truest form of that color, 1 complete liquid color change should be added to a full bag of melted white chocolate. To get a lighter version of a color, add less drops. For example, if you want a pinkish color, use the red liquid color change but only add 1 drop at a time, mix well, until you get your desired color. The same principle applies to all other colors. Using more drops will increase the intensity of color and less will create softer hues. Build the color slowly as you mix your chocolate to achieve your desired hue.
What Are Brushes
Small brushes that are used while making your chocolate bars! Although not a requirement, can be a very fun activity for children and even adults while “painting” chocolate onto the molds, especially when mixing different colors and creating different designs! What Are Spoon Sets
These are mini durable plastic spoons that come in sets of 3. Just another addition that can be used to mix chocolate after melting, adding melted chocolate and spreading it to your molds, or adding any fillings to your molds. What Are Piping Bags
These are mini disposable piping bags that are used by adding melted chocolate inside and thensqueezed to swirl that chocolate onto your bars to further enhance your chocolate creation experience. Although not a requirement, can also be a very fun activity for children and adults to add different designs and colors to your chocolate bars! The bags are small and disposable. What Are Chocolate Bags
These are bags that you can put your chocolate bars into to safely store in the fridge after competition. There is a seal at the top that allows you to easily seal and open the bags. These are also great to use when wanting to hand out chocolate bar gifts to friends and family! Each set comes with 5 bags.
